Waking up to an empty apartment, her dog curled up around her feet. Holly just laid back down and closed her eyes. It was one of those those days that you would much prefer to just snuggle under the covers and disappear into your bed for the day. Unfortunetly she couldn't just do that. She really needed to get up, go for a work out and probably head out, plus she had an appointment with her agent, discussing a new project or a new ad campaign. Some people who thought the lives of actresses were easy were freaking out of their minds. She was still going to school, online and inbetween filming for whichever movie she was on. It seemed as if her life was nonstop at the moment, and while that was good because of the steady flow of money, it was still tiring. She sort of just wanted to breathe for a day. Just one day.
Relectuntly she got out of bed, headed to the shower, and took a long hot shower. It lasted longer then her normal showers and she just soaked in how good it felt to be surrounded by pomegrante and lime. Her favorite body wash. Stepping out, she quickly got dressed, braided her hair into a side braid, and headed out the door. Making her way to her agents office, she quickly parked her car, hoped out and spent the next hour and a half, talking about contracts and prices and scripts. That had to be the most boring part of doing what she did. She hated discussing 'how much she was worth' and 'which scripts her career could benefit from'. Perhaps it was just that particular day that was getting to her.
As she walked outside her agents office, she slid her sunglasses down over her face, hoping that it would be enough to cover herself from whatever paparazzi that wold be lurking around. Making a right turn, she headed down the street, her arm crooked, her bag dangling from her elbow, she smiled lightly to passerbys, and she hoped once again that they didn't recognize her. There were some days when she loved the attention and other days when she didn't. Spotting a starbucks across the street, she looked both ways, and made her way over. Walking through the doors of the coffeee shop, her mind took a huge mental sigh.
Coffee was an addiction to her. Holly knew it was bad, but it was already in her system and there was no way of getting it out. She waited patiently in line, until it was her turn, ordered her drink, and again had to wait patiently. She was in her own world, doing her best not to start tapping her heeled foot against the ground, when she felt someone dangeriously close to her. Turning a smile crept across her face. "Oh! Hey!"

Arianna Gemma Bosdell'' All she ever wanted was to become a model. It was everything to her when she was a child. She loved to see her mother walking around the house, striking a pose here and there. It seemed to be in her genes to be a model. But no one told her it would be this hard. Seriously, all the photographers did was just shout at her. She posed this way, and that way but they still didn’t like the shots. It was as if they wanted her to strip naked for them and give them a lap dance. That was definitely going to be the last time Arianna went for a school ad. All they wanted was a sweet, simple child; well they should’ve chosen Lindsay Lohan if Arianna wasn’t good enough for that shot. And who the bloody hell wants to shoot an advertisement at six in the morning? These photographers were freaks. She only did the shoot because her agent though it would be a good thing.
Her agent was a stupid person; Arianna didn’t even know why she didn’t fire her yet. But it was mainly because the woman knew her father for over seven years, otherwise that woman would be unemployed right now, with a bad reference everywhere she went. It was funny, the fact that she was seventeen and seemed to have quite a lot of control. Well that’s what you got when you were in an industry like this. Everyone in Hollywood ahd too much power and at times it was a good as well as a bad thing. She hated the way people back talked about her just because she was seventeen and a model. But her father always did tell her that they were probably jealous of her. She was such a daddy’s girl.
Today she was wearing a over sized hooded jumper to cover her face. Even though she was only a model, people loved to take photos of her. She wasn’t as big as actresses and actors, but she was really big in the model industry. It was fun at times when she got to try on different clothes and put on lots of make up, but being a model had its downsides too. The fact that the paparazzi always hounded her apartment just to get a shot of her naked, or waking up from bed was so annoying. She always kept the blinds down in her house so people couldn’t see into it. Even neighbours were nosy too. They would always come over to her house. Some children would come over to see if she had anyone famous. Hello, she was a model, not Madonna or something! But it seemed as if they never understood. It was funny how people would do anything just to become famous. All Arianna had to do was get her mummy and daddy to make some calls and that was that. Don’t think she only got into the modelling industry just because oh her parents, oh no, she had talent too.
People always thought she had it easy just because her mother was a model too, but she really didn’t. She had the pressure on her to become even greater than her mother. She wanted to get out of her mother’s shadow from the modelling industry. Thinking these thoughts she ran into the nearest Starbucks she could find. She shook her head lightly at the over massive line at the counter. Who knew coffee was such a big thing? She stood behind a person in line, hopping from one foot to another. She didn’t realise she was actually close to someone until the person turned around. She noticed the girl in front of her slightly, but she kept quite. “Hey, how are you?

Of course, coffee made things better. There was just something about a overly sugared, artifically flavored mocha something or other that made her happy. Perhaps it was the cup it was in or the way that the name of her drink was so complicated that she felt as if she was drinking something exotic. She didn't know, but the second that the drink was in her hand, her mood took an instant lift. Again, it was part of her addiction, but it was the truth all the same. Making a mental note to start her day with her 'drug' first from now on, she looked at the blonde standing in front of her. Her face was recognizable, for sure, even if she wasn't a model, her mother had been one and they looked enough alike. Moving out of the line, her phone buzzed, quickly checking it and realizing that it was just Delilah tweeting about her new pet snake. She just laughed and waited until Arianna had picked up her drink. "I'm doing great. Well, great now that I've got this little sucker." She lifted her cup to her lips, taking a solid gulp. "You? Tell me how you have been?"
Moving to a newly empty table, which as her luck would have it, was right in front of the glass store windows. See, again that was another thing that 'normal' people didn't always understand. You always had to think about where you sat, if you picked near a windown then you were just asking for the paps to shoot you. Especially if the subject would be two gorgeous blondes having a mid day coffee. Pulling out a seat, she finally removed her glasses and tucked them in her purse, which she set on the ground at her feet. She set her phone to the side on the table. "So, Ari, tell me what you have been up to, I feel like we haven't seen each other for a while." She took another sip of her drink and smiled.
She hadn't planned on actually sitting with her coffee, so she might actually order a muffin or scone or something to eat. She was starting to feel hungry, and unlike most people when Holly felt hungry she ate. She went on enough runs and worked out enough that it didn't matter what she ate, at least not at this point. Perhaps in a few years she would start packing on the pounds and that might not be fun, but she could always change her diet then. At the moment she was having too much fun doing what she wanted, when she wanted to do it. Plus, she was feeling guilty about not having seen her friend in a while. They were close and she was having a hard time juggling all the things in her life, especially in the love department.

Arianna Gemma Bosdell''
For Arianna coffee was just coffee; there was nothing good about it and nothing bad. At times she would just have coffee for the sake of it, which was bad, as for some reason she was getting a slow addiction to the liquid. She didn’t like some of the different drinks in Starbucks; they were always too strong all the time, so she missed those out. She only went for the same flavoured coffee every time and that was that. She watched as Holly grabbed her cup from the counter and saw how she smiled. Ari scoffed at that; Holly was a total coffee addict and it was weird at times. Arianna waited for the girl to move out of the way before she placed her order. It was the same thing as always and the guy at the counter knew that. She drummed her fingertips on the counter as her coffee was being prepared. She smiled at the boy, paid for her coffee and turned around to see the blonde still there. She stepped out of line and walked towards the girl. It seemed for a time to catch up for both of them, without any of the paparazzi or journalists around. Ari nodded her head lightly as Holly was talking about the little ‘sucker’ in her hand.
She waited until they were both at the table and seated properly before saying anything. She placed her coffee on the edge of the table, making sure that if she moved a little it wouldn’t fall down. The light from outside was shining on both the girls as they sat down comfortably. Ari pulled her hood down tighter onto her head, at times she hated the Sun and at times she liked it. This was a time when she didn’t. But as her agent said, it’s good when you get some Sun; you’ll get a tan by it. Ari looked at the girl in front of her once and picked up her cup of coffee, took a sip and put the cup back down onto the table. She said; “Yeah, we haven’t seen each other in some time. Well, I just had a shoot to go to. Woke up at bloody six in the morning for it! At times I really wonder if I made a good decision in becoming a model.” Ari shook her head a little before looking at the girl.
Ari was hungry, but her agent had forbidden her from eating anything with carbohydrates in the morning. So she had stuck to fruit at six. But now she was hungry, it was hard being a model at times. That was one of the reasons as to why she was re thinking this. But when she rethought all of these things, memories of the good things about modelling came to her. The fact that her face was always on the cover of every magazine, the fact that she got free perks of becoming a model; it was actually a good life. “So tell me what’s been going in with you…Any new love interests? New scenes? Movie deals?” Arianna looked at the girl once before sipping on her coffee once more. The boy at the counter, who had prepared her coffee, seemed to have forgotten the cream…
